We provide agronomical assistance and technical capacitation to its allied farmers as part of our corporate mission of increassing the production and quality of fine & flavor Venezuelan cocoa.
We follow strict protocols of natural fermentation and sun drying in order to maintain and increase the quality and uniformity of our cocoa beans. We can adapt those protocols to any customers needs with the aim to reach a specific grade of fermentation.
Traceability and high quality
By maintaining traceability of our cocoa beans, we are able to correct any problems that might arise in the quality of our beans back to the lot in the farm. Likewise we can duplicate conditions for those grains with exceptional quality.
We are commited to reach the Organic Certification of our cocoas, thus we encourage our farmers to adopt ecological agronomic practices with zero use of agrochemicals.
